Support Workers Required for Children’s Home in Wisbech Cambridgeshire PE14

* We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Wisbech at our new multi complex site supporting upto 6 children/young adults with EBD and challenging behaviours( Ofsted Regulated)

Support Worker Requirements
Please note applicants MUST meet the following requirements;
* Able to work Full time
* A full UK driving license
* Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
* An understanding that this role will require that you undertake Enhanced DBS checks
* You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins with full-time and part-time hours being available.
* Experience working and supporting 8-18 year old with EBD & challenging behaviour

Salary and shifts and more for our Support Workers
* £14.50per hour £15 after probation £16 after 2 years service
* plus £65 sleeps shift pattern 12 hour shifts 7 shifts in 14 days working every other weekend
* 42 hour weeks
* Full induction and introductory programme
* Fully funded training and qualifications
* Enhanced pay scales that recognise both qualifications and experience
* Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check paid for by us
* 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
* Double time for bank holiday working
* £65 per sleep in payments
