We are looking for a motivated individual who prioritises relationship-based work and who values collaborative working to join their team.
We are a small, supportive team comprising of 1 team manager, 7 social worker workers , 3 full-time family support workers and 2 part time local area coordinators. We undertake a range of work including early intervention support for families, permanence planning and working with children with disabilities. We are involved with voluntary and statutory work from pre-birth to 18 years old, and we have good working relationships with the other professional agencies within the area. This allows for coordinated multi-agency working.
Aberdeenshire Children’s Services routinely hold Time to Talk events and Practitioner forums to allow workers to contribute towards service development, and to allow for their views to be shared.
Informal enquiries to Kirsty Yau – 01467 539907
