The Registered Manager will be responsible for leading, managing and motivating the operational team across all the day-to-day operations of our Client. This role delivers high-quality reliable, responsive and respectful care and support services. This role demands strong leadership, strategic financial management, and effective stakeholder relations to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and drive the business forward. The Registered Manager is responsible for ensuring the organisation is compliant with the Care Quality Commission and their published standards at all times managing the regulatory requirements and governance of regulated services.
