These tenants may be receiving voluntary support or may be conditional and related to a Short Scottish Secure Tenancy. Support may also be provided to prospective tenants to help them gain access to accommodation which best meets their needs and wants.
You will have experience in housing and/or support service provision or have a social care background or have experience of multi-agency working. You will have the ability to work with minimum supervision.
You will be able to show empathy for those requiring advice and support, good organisational and people skills and a team player. Possible weekend and evening work may be required.
You will be able to undertake some evening and weekend working if required.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
