Role of a domiciliary carer
Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others? Our client in Thetford is seeking dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to join our team. If you have a caring nature and a commitment to providing exceptional care to individuals in their own homes, we want to hear from you!
* Provide personalised care and support to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
* Assist individuals with Daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration.
* Implement individualized care plans, following best practices and promoting development of life skills.
* Assist residents in their personal hygiene requirements their individual plan of care,
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as an HCA or support worker, must have a minimum of 3 months plus in healthcare industry.
* Effective communication skills
* Must have a adult DBS on update service.
* Must be a driver.
