Salary: HC06 £24,897 – £27,736 p.a.

Job Purpose: To provide advice and support to children and young people affected by disability and their families under the direction of the Practice Leads.

SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or professional qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Education, Community Education, Nursing or equivalent. Exceptionally, an applicant may be able to demonstrate appropriate qualifications and experience to meet the requirements of the post
You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
