We are currently looking to recruit social workers who have a shared vision in fulfilling the Promise through our direct relationships with children, young people and families. We are a very supportive Team who work hard to improve social work practice and inform policy and commissioning directly from our experiences of working with families.
We welcome applications from qualified social workers who share our commitment to our social work Codes of Practice and want to join us in raising the standard of how we actively support and help families to realise positive change in their lives.
We have an experienced management Team who are also committed to providing excellent supervision that supports you in your day to day work considering risk and need and planning proportionately to meet agreed outcomes. We provide support to Newly Qualified Social Workers with a reduced and protected caseload offering a range of learning opportunities in the first year in the field.
If you are considering re-locating, Moray is a diverse and beautiful area to live that provides an excellent opportunity to create a positive work and life balance; with sea, mountains and countryside to explore the access to outdoor activities and leisure pursuits to help you unwind.
We have a range of posts and are willing to consider part time and continued service where this meets the Service needs. If you wish to learn more about working in the West of Moray please get in contact for an informal chat.
