To provide clerical support to the Supported Accommodation Team.
Provide a clerical support to the Supported Accommodation and Sheltered Housing staff.
Enter and update information on NPS Housing, SharePoint and other databases as required.
Act as a point of contact for dealing with tenant queries and exit surveys by telephone.
Demonstrable experience of working in a busy office environment using relevant technology and equipment e.g. photocopier, email, intra/internet.
Proven experience of clerical work including typing, figure work and typing.
Customer Care Experience.
4 SQA Standard Grades or equivalent at level 3 or above including English and Arithmetic (or equivalent).
ECDL or equivalent demonstrable working experience of Microsoft software packages.
Effective liaison with individuals outwith immediate working environment.
High level of accuracy in work.
Ability to prioritise own workload in the event of conflicting demands.
Effective written and oral communication.
Appreciation and adherence to confidentiality.
Flexible and adaptable in working patterns in both teamwork and areas of individual responsibility.
Understanding of and ability to demonstrate key inter-personal skills, both on the telephone and face to face, when handling sensitive matters.
Ability to work in a shared/open plan office.
Ability to work in different offices depending on the needs of the service.
