We are a large team who work with children looked after from 0 – 18. We take responsibility for children and young people after they have a care plan agreed which means they need to be Looked After.
We work with children and young people with complex care plans, and this can include areas of court work around discharge of care orders.
As well as having fantastic skills of engaging children and young people to participate in their care planning, Social Workers in our team also need skills in safeguarding investigations and assessment.
We provide robust management support and regular monthly supervision, we provide regular team meetings and weekly group check-ins.
As a Social Worker you are required to:
Hold a Social Work England registration
Be eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK licence
Post-qualified experience
