SW Locums are looking for an experienced Housing Needs Officer with the ability to carefully analyse information presented during the two stage internal review process and to come to fair, reasoned and evidence-based review decisions. They will have experience of working within the remit of a Housing Allocations Scheme. They will be expected to familiarise themselves with Camden’s Allocations Scheme in order to be able to accurately apply it during the review.
Job Requirements:
* To write and conclude Part VI stage 1 and stage 2 internal reviews, in accordance with Camden’s Housing Allocations Scheme.
* Contact housing applicants to gather further submissions for the purpose of a review and to keep them updated during the process.
* Liaise with various teams internally and externally, including our Medical Adviser(s).
* Must have excellent time management skills, in order to meet tight deadlines.
* Must be able to work under pressure.
