About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead and manage a residential home for young people. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, delivering high-quality support, building partnerships, and managing a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the care and development of young people
* Manage staffing, budgets, and resources
* Ensure compliance with regulations and promote therapeutic support
* Drive a vibrant activity programme to enrich the lives of young residents

Qualifications:
* Level 5 Diploma or working towards it
* Experience managing or deputising in a children’s home
* Strong knowledge of LAC procedures and therapeutic strategies
* Full driving licence
