Applications open for community-based approach to leadership programme

Skills for Care have announced an opportunity to participate in the Leadership for Empowered and Healthy Communities programme.

Now in its fifth cohort, the programme aims to help leaders and managers explore the challenges and opportunities of a community-based approach to leadership. The programme is for senior leaders and operational leaders across health and social care who want to be part of a movement for change.

The programme consists of a series of one-day workshops, action learning sets, one-to-one leadership coaching sessions, a Myers-Briggs (MBTI) analysis of personality style and a specialist 360 degree feedback diagnostic.

Applications are now open and close on the 17 March 2016. The programme begins on the 11 April 2016 in London.
