NISCC seeks feedback as it reviews Code of Practice for social care employers
The Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) are reviewing their Code of Practice for Employers of Social Care Workers and are seeking need your views on the draft revised standards.
The Code of Practice was developed in September 2002 setting out the responsibilities that employers have in the regulation of social workers and social care workers.
During recent consultations to develop the Standards of Conduct and Practice for Social Care Workers and Social Workers, participants also suggested changes that should be made to update the Code of Practice for Employers.
Based on this feedback, NISCC have drafted new revised standards for employers and would like stakeholders to share their views through their online consultation.
