Nursing Stoppages To Go Ahead In Dublin And Tipperary

Nurses will begin work stoppages in three hospitals in Dublin and Tipperary this Wednesday in their bid to get better pay and working conditions.

They will refuse to work between 11am and 12pm midday at St. Vincent’s hospital in Dublin, South Tipperary General hospital in Clonmel and South Tipperary Mental Health Services.

Nurses say the stoppages will continue until their demands are met.

Announcing the action in Dublin today, INO General Secretary Liam Doran assured patients that they would not be affected.
