Skills for Care launch new animation to promote Amabassador roles

Skills for Care has launched a new animation for employers who want to know more about signing up to I Care…Ambassadors.

I Care…Ambassadors are enthusiastic people, currently working in direct day to day adult social care roles, who are willing to share their experiences with those who are undecided about their future career direction.

The animation focuses on the purpose of I Care…Ambassadors, who should sign up and the benefits to the sector. It also provides an overview of the Principles and Policy to ensure employers and their staff are fully aware of their roles, responsibilities and the commitment they are making, by signing up to deliver I Care…Ambassador activity.
