Herefordshire care home owner arrested on suspicion of neglect

The co-owner of a Herefordshire care home has been arrested on suspicion of neglect. Madhu Menon owns Rosedale Retirement Home in Ross-on-Wye with her husband.

Rosedale is a private residential care home that can house 24 people and has a contract with Herefordshire Council to provide respite care.

West Mercia Police confirmed Ms Menon had been arrested but added the home remains open and the council and Care Quality Commission had been notified.
