Supported Housing Manager (Roles available in Leicester & Coventry)

Empower service users to overcome barriers to achieving greater independence. Preferred Requirements:
Extensive experience in managing supported housing programs or similar social services.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the highest standards of care.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on client-centred solutions. Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant degree or professional certification in social work, housing management, or a related field
Proven track record of successful program management and service delivery in the supported housing sector
