SW Locums are recruiting for a UK experienced, Qualified Social Worker to work in the London Borough of Enfield Health and Adult Social Care department.
We are seeking experienced Mental Health Social Workers to fill recent vacancy in the fully integrated multidisciplinary Older People Community Mental Health Team .
We seek imaginative social workers that are able to contribute to the transformation of mental health social care and work in meaningful partnerships with service users.
You will make full use of person-centered assessment and planning skills with a focus on recovery and wellbeing outcomes and be fully committed to the personalization agenda in mental health.
You will be required to carry out timely assessments and reviews, to ensure that needs are met, short-term & long-term case management.
Applicants with a strong multi-disciplinary working background are particularly welcome. You will need to have sound knowledge and understanding of personal budgets; completing needs led assessments, Continuing Health Care/DST and safeguarding process and procedures .
You should also have a valid registration with Social Work England.
