Leaders in care are currently working with an highly rated local authority in the South West, for an experienced Children’s social worker to join the Children in Care service, for a pay rate of £41 per hour, which is one of the highest in the area.

This is a great chance to work in a really stable service of a council who have a longstanding existing senior management team, who offer flexible working hours and hybrid working too, this includes opportunities to condense your hours over 4 days instead of 5 as well as organising your own diary, so you can manage your time how you see fit. This is because we feel that having a work life balance is important, and this council adopts that same view!
