Relevant care certification (e.g., NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent) preferred.
– Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting or similar is desirable.
– Understanding of safeguarding, health, and safety regulations in care settings.
– Full, valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle (desirable but not mandatory).
– Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients.
– Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen and engage effectively.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
– Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining high care standards.
