I would like to express my interest in the Children’s support worker position. I am self-motivated, resourceful and progress-driven, with an extensive background in this industry. With a long-standing record of initiative and delivering results, I have developed and executed strategies that I believe will bring value to the Children’s home.

As an ambitious and hard-working student, I know that I can step into the Support Worker role and make a positive impact on the Children’s home goals. My record of academic achievement and peer-group contribution supports a high level of dedication.

Throughout the course of my career, I have honed my communication and organisational abilities. I am an astute problem solver capable of prioritising and completing complex projects with proficiency. In my role as an Optical assistant, I exercised Leadership, openness to criticism and Decision-making in contribution to team efforts and organisational improvements. I am open-minded and focused on new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and motivational, with proficiency in adaptability and collaborative work. I enjoy brainstorming and coordinating efforts to achieve a common goal.
