Team Supervisor
Children's residential home
Hours: Monday – Friday (37 hours)
8:30 – 5pm (Flexible)
Duties:
Looking after full team and giving guidance and support
Support and working alongside the registered manager.
Monitoring staff performance, supervisions and appraisals.
Ensuring support and care for each child.
Care plans and risk assessments.
Overseeing staff and children’s development
Ensuring safety of children in the home
Data protection and OFSTED audits.
Qualifications and experience:
Level 4 NVQ working with children/young people (Management)
Experience working with Ofsted
24 months experience managing a residential children’s home.
