Working in a hybrid style, based at home and Friarfield House, you will work full time, 37 hours per week.

Requirements
You will have a Degree in Social Work, Dip SW, CQSW or equivalent.
Responsibilities
You will provide professional leadership as first line manager with day to day operational management responsibility for a team or teams of staff delivering front line social work services, whilst ensuring high standards of practice parameters and service provision are maintained.
The Individual
You will have proven post-qualifying experience, with supervision experience along with Multi Agency working.
You will have working knowledge of relevant legislation, highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
You will be registered with SSSC within specified timescale.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check, prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Dundee City Council .
