Halcyon Health and Social Care are partnering with a specialist provider of children’s therapeutic care, committed to helping young people thrive in safe, supportive environments. They are seeking a dedicated and proactive Team Leader to oversee staff and ensure outstanding care is provided across Bristol-based homes.
This provider focuses on long-term relationships, trauma-informed support, and emotional stability, creating an environment where children feel secure, valued, and encouraged to grow. Their highly trained teams use structured routines, positive reinforcement, and therapeutic techniques to help children develop life skills and confidence.
As Team Leader, you will mentor staff, promote a culture of resilience and support, and ensure compliance with best practices in children’s care.
