Position: Support Worker – Supported Living
Salary: £11.80 – £12.40 an hour
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
We are looking for support workers who can make a difference to our young people’s lives! We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health difficulties, challenging behaviours and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Promoting the young person’s independence and growth, developing their life skills and opportunities
Work as part of a team of support workers, providing guidance and regular feedback.
Complete support plans and other regulatory documents.
Building relationships and trust with young people
Recording the young person’s activity & reporting key aspects of their care to ensure the highest standard is always achieved
