We Care Bespoke are looking for support workers to join our team to work on behalf of our client who support adults with learning disabilities and Autism.
You may be required to support the service users within their own home on a 1-1 basis or support within a supported living service.
As part of your role, you will:
* Support the service user in their home with activities, meals, personal care
* Support out in the community.
* You will provide emotional support, companionship and promote independence
* Administer medication as prescribed
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience of working with learning disabilities and be flexible to be able to pick up shifts ad hoc at short notice, the shifts may be days, nights, weekends and sleep-in. You will be required to complete all mandatory and practical training.
