As an essential part of the Joint Dementia Team, whose purpose is to enable people who have a diagnosis of dementia to live in their homes for as long as possible with the best possible quality of life. You will provide practical help, supervision and support in the home as well as the wider community on a one-to-one basis. Tasks undertaken will be dependent on the needs of the individual client and may include personal care tasks.
The successful candidate must be committed to registering with the SSSC when required.
You must have the ability to be mobile across the Falkirk Council area.
You will work 20 hours per week.
This post is temporary until April 2025 due to service requirement.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
