Learning Disabilities Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities in various settings.
Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and confidence.
Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages personal growth.
Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in a social care environment.
Driving: A full driving license is preferred to facilitate travel between client locations.
DBS Check: Must have an up-to-date DBS on the update service.
