Pay: £38,000-£40,000
NonStop's client, based in the West Midlands, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.
The agency is well-established, with an excellent reputation for promoting a supportive and kind environment for both foster carers and staff. They foster a nurturing, "family-feel" atmosphere where everyone's voice is valued.

Supervise, support, and train foster carers
Manage a caseload in and around the Walsall area
Help build up your caseload with assessments Requirements:
Registration with Social work England (SWE)
Driver
Knowledge of relevant legislation
Experience working within the Social Care sector, preferably in fostering
