Infermiera Group are looking for experienced and dedicated Specialist A&E, ITU and Theatre Nurses to join our agency as we begin our journey working alongside NHS Wales. From the 1st March Infermiera Group will be looking to provide Specialist Nurses to all hospitals and Trusts across Wales, and we need YOU to help us deliver that care.

What our recruitment process involves.
To maintain our premium database our agency nurses, possess a minimum of six months proven full-time experience relevant to the role in which we place them.
Our recruitment process involves the following steps:
* Initial screening review
* Reference checks based on individual experience.
* Verification of identity documents, including proof of “Right to Work”.
* Enhanced DBS Check
* Up-to-date evidence of practical competency training for Basic Life Support and Manual Handling
* Documentation of educational certificates for advanced and specialist roles
