Sirona Medical are recruiting for a Social worker for The Adult Access Team

This team manages all reported safeguarding concerns, screening and making proportionate enquiries to determine which cases require Section 42 investigations under the Care Act 2014. The role demands a quick turnover and excellent knowledge of handling safeguarding adult concerns. Key responsibilities include promoting making safeguarding personal, focusing on the adult's wellbeing, agreeing safety plans, providing feedback to referrers, and collaborating with Adult Social Care teams and partner agencies. 

Successful Applicant will have:

You will be fully qualified (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent)
Social Work England Registered
At least 3 years post qualified experience
