We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Children's Social Worker to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting vulnerable children, ensuring their safety, and helping them thrive in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and their families.
Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with children, families, and professionals.
Providing advice and support to families to promote positive outcomes.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of children in line with statutory responsibilities.
Collaborating with multi-agency teams, including schools, healthcare providers, and law enforcement.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of casework.
About You:
Qualifications: Degree in Social Work and registration with [insert relevant regulatory body, e.g., HCPC/Social Work England].
Experience: Demonstrable experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
Skills: Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
