Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can work creatively to support individuals with learning disabilities to realise their full potential in their communities
Can you communicate effectively to build relationships with service users, families, colleagues and other internal/external agencies to ensure a quality care provision?
Do you have the ability to manage your own workload, prioritise, and problem solve?
Do you have the ability to identify, manage and mitigate potential risks to self and others, by applying existing guidelines, seeking advice when required?
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am -3:00pm. We are happy to discuss the hours of work to promote flexibility and work life balance providing the needs of the service are met.

A full UK driving license and the ability to drive Perth and Kinross Council vehicles is essential for this post, as this post requires you to travel to a variety of locations across Perth and Kinross.
An SVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or a higher/equivalent qualification with relevant work experience is desirable but not essential for this post.
