Job Description

South Lanarkshire Council are recruiting for a Cost and Productivity Officer within the Hamilton Business Unit.

You will support the Local Management Team providing specialist cost and productivity advice including reporting, monitoring and reviewing the processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and quality service provision in line with Best Value principles. Ensure programme deadlines, identified targets, KPI’s and customer/client satisfaction is achieved.

You should demonstrate a commitment to the principals of customer care, while displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate previous experience of working to targets and pre-determined timescales along with an awareness of health and safety in the workplace.
