We are looking for a Site Assistant to manage the Gypsy/Traveller site at Greenbanks, Banff. The post-holder will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the site which will involve liaising with Council colleagues to instruct any repairs. You will be responsible for occupancy agreements and monitoring rent accounts for the people staying on the site. The post-holder will liaise with families on the site providing advice and support and signposting to other services when required.
There is a requirement for the Site Assistant to be on site for 12 hours per week. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, taking account of the needs of the residents on the site and the Housing Service.
The Site Assistant is a Lone Worker post.
