The Service Manager will play a pivotal role in managing complex care packages and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Take ownership of complex care packages involving clinical interventions such as spinal injuries and acquired brain injuries.
Lead a team of nurses and case managers to coordinate and manage care packages.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of care.
Foster a person-centred approach and prioritise individual wellbeing.
