Senior Support Practitioner – Childrens Residential Care
Location: Solihull, West Midlands
Salary: Up to £28,000 plus Excellent Benefits

My Client specialise in care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, taking a holistic approach to care. They ensure that all aspects of a young person's development are accounted for in order to inform our tailored therapeutic approach for them.
As Senior Support Practitioner you'll provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people to flourish as well as promoting health and well-being, education, positive relationships, independence, and activities in accordance with the children's homes regulations.
Skills Required:
You will have solid experience working in a Residential Children's Care home along with knowledge and experience of Safeguarding practices.
An understanding and experience of working with young people with Emotional and/or Behavioral difficulties is required as well as the ability to work in challenging environments and leading excellence in care.
Experience working in a therapeutic environment is highly advantageous.
