Job Description:
Harry at Amber Mace is working with a great care home who are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join their team in a care home setting in Beckenham. The ideal candidate will have a valid Nursing Pin and relevant experience in a care home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver high standards of nursing care to residents.
– Assess and plan nursing care requirements.
– Monitor and administer medication and treatments.
– Maintain accurate records and reports.
– Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
– Support and supervise care staff.
Requirements:
– Valid Nursing Pin.
– Proven experience in a care home setting.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
