Coben Healthcare are working with a Yorkshire based care home provider that is seeking a Registered Manager to join their friendly team in Drax, Selby. The home is a 26-bed care home with nursing, dedicated to supporting individuals living with dementia. Nestled in beautiful grounds within the charming village of Drax, the home offers easy access to local amenities and excellent motorway links.
Exciting Opportunity
In 2025, we plan to embark on a significant expansion project, adding 16 additional rooms. As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in this development, working closely with North Yorkshire commissioners to shape the future of our care home.

Essential Qualifications/Education:
* Nursing Qualification.
* Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care, Registered Manager Award, or equivalent.
* Social Work Degree or Institute of Leadership Management qualification.
Essential Experience:
* At least 2 years of recent, significant experience in a similar care setting.
* Proven experience at management level.
* Supervision, mentoring, and coaching experience.
* Experience collaborating with health professionals, local authorities, and CQC.
