They are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead and oversee their Bristol-based home care service.

This provider offers tailored support to older adults, individuals with disabilities, and those with complex needs, ensuring they receive high-quality, personalised care in their own homes. Their services range from personal care and companionship to dementia support and palliative care, ensuring service users feel empowered and well-supported.

As Registered Manager, you will:
✔ Oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring high standards of domiciliary care and CQC compliance.
✔ Lead and mentor care staff, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and delivering exceptional support.
✔ Develop and implement growth strategies, supporting service expansion while maintaining outstanding care quality.
✔ Engage with families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals, ensuring a collaborative and person-centred approach.
