Job Title: Registered Residential Home Manager
Location: West Midlands/East Midlands (Multi-location)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

Role Overview: As the Registered Residential Home Manager, you will lead the effective management of a residential home, specializing in meeting the unique needs of young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

* Manage day-to-day operations of the home.
* Plan and deliver quality support to young people.
* Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders.
* Develop and manage a team of staff.
* Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations.
* Manage resources and administrative systems.

Requirements:
* Experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s home.
* Two years’ recent experience in children’s residential care.
* Proficiency in therapeutic strategies for young people.
* Knowledge of Looked After Children (LAC) procedures.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
* Full manual driver’s licence.
