Halcyon Health and Social Care are exclusively partnering with a leading national provider who specialise in supporting children and young adults with emotional behavioural disorders and learning disabiltiies. They're seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Director / Responsible Individual to oversee their "Outstanding" portfolio of Childrens homes across Bristol & SW.
This organisation was founded with a clear mission: to provide high-quality, therapeutic residential care for young people facing complex mental health challenges. Their integrated approach combines structured residential support, therapeutic interventions, and education, offering a real alternative to inpatient settings and reducing hospital admissions.
