They are seeking an influential and strategic Regional Director / Responsible Individual to lead multiple domiciliary care services, ensuring high standards and sustainable growth.

This provider is known for its strong community ethos, innovative care models, and commitment to empowering service users. They provide specialist services in dementia care, palliative care, and live-in support, ensuring service users receive the highest standard of home-based care.

As Regional Director, you will:
✔ Oversee multiple domiciliary care services, ensuring high-quality care delivery and full compliance with CQC standards.
✔ Lead and mentor senior managers, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and best practice.
✔ Develop strategic partnerships, working with local authorities, NHS teams, and commissioning groups.
✔ Drive service growth and innovation, ensuring the provider remains a leader in home care excellence.
