Qualified Nurse RGN/RMN
Our Client, an award winning Care provider based in Cardiff, is looking for a Qualified Nurse to join their team. Excellent team, Good CQC reports, with great potential for progression. They are fully staffed with minimum Agency use. Looking for a Qualified Nurse to join their team and work towards outstanding reports.
You will be working as part of a team of other Nurses and Carers that are passionate about delivering a high standard of care to elderly residents, residents with dementia, physical disabilities, terminal illnesses etc.
* Ensure the delivery of quality care by continually assessing our residents needs and wishes
* Assist in the development, review and update of care plans to meet our clients changing physical, social and psychological needs.
* Communicate professionally and warmly with visitors including family, friends and other external stakeholders.
* Comply with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.
* Contribute to the creation of an atmosphere that focuses entirely on promoting happiness
* Support people who use our service to achieve full and enhanced lives
You will require a valid and active PIN number
The position is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
Refresh Recruitment does not presently hold a Sponsorship License and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a License
Hours: 48 hours on a weekly rota, would consider P/T
Salary: £20.00 per hour
