We have an exciting, permanent opportunity to join our HSCP Children’s Services team as East Renfrewshire’s Child Protection Lead Officer. As part of this role you will be responsible for coordinating strategic child protection activity on behalf of the Children’s Services Planning Partnership and be responsible to the East Renfrewshire Child Protection Committee and Chair.
We need someone who has ample child protection and strategic experience; has evident professional experience in collating, writing and presenting reports; is able to demonstrate innovative and creative practice; work autonomously whilst also being part of a team and be a beacon of best practice for our workforce.
We require a passionate, experienced practitioner who will continue to build on our excellent grade received from the Care Inspectorate at our last Joint Inspection of Children and Young People at Risk of Harm in East Renfrewshire.
