HR Administrator
Our valued client based in Cardiff, is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented HR Administrator to support their team for the next 8 weeks. This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual who is looking for a role that will allow them to develop their career in HR further.
This role is a full time, temporary position. Due to the nature of the organisation, this will be a site-based role from Monday to Friday. In return, you will be joining an extremely experienced team, gaining hands on and invaluable experience, along with a salary of £25,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting administrative task to audit personnel files.
Checking files for Right to Work checks, References, DBS, and H&S
Working closely with senior members of the team,
Maintaining accurate and up to date files.
Action any files not on system.
Accurate, driven, and detail-oriented to ensure all needs are met.
General Administrative tasks.Requirements:
Current DBS
Experience supporting audits
Strong IT skills
Strong verbal and written communication
