West Dunbartonshire Council are seeking a suitable candidate to carry out the post of Housing Caretaker within our High Rise housing stock. The candidate should be capable of traversing multiple sets of stairwells, have an ability to move heavy waste receptacles, handle and remove bulky items including waste.
The primary focus is to clean common areas within the stock and allow residents safe and unhindered access in common and public areas in and around the blocks as well as adjacent open spaces. The post is required to cover duties Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 4.00pm with an earlier finish on Fridays. (37hrs per week)
