Role: Home Manager
Salary: £65,000 per annum

Are you an ambitious, motivated and dedicated Home Manager looking to take your career to the next level? We are looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead our 60-bedded home in Camden, London, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities dedicated to delivering exceptional specialist care and nursing services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Authentic Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to consistently provide outstanding care.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC and NMC guidelines.
* Resource Management: Optimise the use of resources to maintain financial performance and high occupancy levels.
* Empowerment: Foster improvement, independence, and choice for all service users.
* Quality Improvement: Lead a culture of continuous quality enhancement, guided by clinical governance principles.
What We’re Looking For:
* QCF Level 5 or equivalent
* A strong role model who is approachable and maintains a visible presence within the team.

* Proven experience in managing budgets and achieving key performance indicators.
* A thorough understanding of statutory obligations and legislation, including health and safety standards.
