Do you have all the right skills and personal qualities that would enable you to be an effective Home Carer but think that you might need more variety in your job?
You could be a Home Care Responder!
The ARCH Home Care Responder’s provide an on-call service (including out of hours) to residents in Aberdeenshire. The main priorities of the ARCH team are to provide a Home Care service in response to unplanned or urgent care needs. The Home Care Responders can provide a planned short-term intervention service to avoid Hospital admission and step in to provide support and assistance avoiding Delayed Discharge for those returning home from Hospital. Rota cover may also be required to support main stream Home Care where there is no other available alternative.
ARCH Responders have flexible work bases within Hospitals, Care Homes and Very Sheltered Housing Complexes in their local area. These bases are not fixed and Home Care Responders will be expected to work flexibly between these bases, depending on where the need is.
