Our trained staff deliver a vital service, which enhances the quality of service users’ lives, including administering medication, supporting with personal care tasks, using specialist equipment and keeping clear and accurate records of care delivery.
No previous experience or qualifications are necessary. All training will be provided by our in-house training team to give you the skills and confidence to enable you to succeed.
Our Care at Home service is delivered 365 days a year and we have contracts of 17.5 or 35 hours per week available across the peak operating hours of the service. Shifts are 8am -1pm and/or 5pm -10pm on a 4 days on/4 days off work pattern.
If you’re not able to commit to a regular work pattern, then please still get in touch, as we can discuss how you could potentially join our bank of staff, who cover absence within the service when the need arises.
The hourly rate starts at £13.88 rising to £14.65 per hour. Enhancements of 15% are paid for weekend and evening working. Working with us, you’ll also receive generous annual leave entitlement, access to the local government pension scheme and a range of attractive benefits.
